Shipping Policy

Delivery Times = Processing Time + Shipping Time

We apply a processing time of 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+01:00 – Rome) are processed the same day. All products always go through a brief processing stage before being shipped.

After processing, the average shipping time is 4–7 business days.
In total, you can expect a delivery time of approximately 5–10 business days from the moment the order is placed.

Delays

During periods of unexpectedly high demand, delivery may take slightly longer than usual. We do everything possible to process orders as quickly as we can and kindly ask for your understanding should delays occur. Of course, we will keep you informed and strive to minimize any delays.
